Early access terms

These terms apply when you join the SWMS Link early-access list.

Joining the list

It's free. Joining doesn't commit you to buy anything.
We'll contact you about the launch by email or text, and send occasional emails about what we're building. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe any time.
Mobile numbers get one message when SWMS Link launches, and nothing before that.

If you tick the pilot box, you're telling us you're happy to try SWMS Link before launch. Ticking it commits you to nothing else.

What you get: your first 3 SWMS free, credited to your business's account when the pilot opens. We'll email you when it does.
Per business. One offer for each business, however many people from it sign up.
New versions stay free. Updating a SWMS you've already made never uses a credit. That's how SWMS Link works for everyone, pilot or not.
No obligation. You don't have to give feedback, and you don't have to keep using SWMS Link after the pilot.
It can change. We can change or withdraw this offer at any time before launch. If we do, we'll say so in an email to the list.

Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
